Four PAX rucked through downtown Sanford and along the RiverWalk, stopping every half mile for a randomly determined number of ruck swings before reconnecting through conversation and fellowship.

Four PAX rucked through downtown Sanford and along the RiverWalk, stopping every half mile for a random number of ruck swings.

The number of swings at each stop was determined by creative and occasionally questionable logic while the PAX swapped stories and enjoyed a long-overdue reunion.

Announcements: Sanford Jazz in the Park is Saturday, and Short sale is setting up an area for anyone who wants to join him.

COT: Thoughts and prayers for injured PAX and those still traveling.

Two PAX each carried a 100-pound sandbag on their shoulders for the entire route.

The report emphasized fitness, fellowship, faith, pushing farther, and brotherhood. Announcements directed PAX to the channel. COT included TAPs for injured and missing PAX.

Along the way, they discussed where they were on September 11, 2001, and reflected on the shock, grief, unity, patriotism, courage, and service associated with that day.

During COT, the PAX observed a moment of silence for the nearly 3,000 lives lost, and TaPs were offered for those lost and their families.
